HOLISTIC HEALTH COACHING

A holistic approach to health acknowledges that many factors contribute to our wellbeing. Our physical health is important, but it is only one part of the puzzle, and is often a reflection of how balanced or imbalanced we are in the rest of our lives. Holistic coaching gives you the opportunity to honestly examine different areas of your life and discuss ways to meet your goals in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. We will work together to chart a course for you that will create authentic change, while being manageable and adaptive. During biweekly sessions, we will discuss your goals, your motivation behind them, and direct but mindful steps to bring you closer to them.
