MUAY THAI

Muay Thai, or “Thai Boxing”, is a martial art that utilizes eight points of contact - punches, kicks, knees, and elbows - as well clinching.  Learning and practicing martial arts is fantastically effective at improving your conditioning, balance, strength, and body awareness.  Even more importantly, it builds concentration, confidence, presence, and the ability to regulate emotions. Years of training and competition have allowed me the privilege of sharing this sport with others.  I enjoy working with experienced practitioners, but I especially love working with those who are throwing a punch for the first time in their life.  I offer pad holding, bag work, and partner drilling in Muay Thai and kickboxing styles.
